Red Palm Weevils on the rampage

Menorca Council (CIME) has issued new warnings about red palm weevils (picudos rojos in Spanish) and the devastation they are reeking on the island's palm trees. If you have palm trees in your garden, please take the time to read the leaflet issued by CIME by clicking on the relevant button below.
As of January of 2016, it is now law that owners have responsibility to help combat this rampant infestation. See the 'Decree' below.

Ok, thank you for sorting that out for me so quickly. Sounds like our old boiler did extremely well. Not sure if the villa used to be rented out that many weeks of the year so perhaps because it was used lightly it lengthened it's life. My friends have confirmed all is now working well so I'm happy that was easy to fix.

Apart from our family home in the UK our villa represents our largest investment. When you are 1000 miles from home you want to be able to trust your management company and know they will respond promptly to any requests made by guests or by myself.
