Our maintenance team is directly employed and exclusively available to clients of MeHoCa, dealing with any emergencies at your property—for example, failure of essential services such as electricity or water supplies, breakdown of appliances or equipment, emergency repairs after storm damage, and much more.
There are always members of the team ‘on-call’ to respond quickly to any problem at night or at weekends. The value of this service really comes home when something goes wrong . . . your pump breaks down (no water!), or the water heater leaks, or even a tree falling victim to the infamous Menorcan Tramontana winds!!
